Step 1: Add New PO
Select Supplier, Key Dates, and PO Items
Add New PO
Select your main contact and Supplier.
Set Key Dates
Set dates and apply discount code, if applicable.
Set Address
Update the default shipping address if it is different from your profile.
Add First PO Item
Select Item from Listing dropdown and set qty of 20. Unit price will automatically be set to Volume Pricing.
Add Second PO Item
Select Item from Listing dropdown and set qty of 12.

Budget approvers will be notified if the PO total meets approval requirements. Otherwise, the PO is submitted directly to the Supplier.
