The widget checks homeowners' properties on your own site, the watch list keeps the ones who aren't ready yet until February, and the sales report shows which towns to promote it in. They work best left on all year, so yearly billing is 2 months free.
The workspace, comps, exhibits and your pipeline, for firms without a website or just starting out. Move up to Practice when you want the widget. If a plan no longer includes it, it simply disappears from your site; nothing breaks, and your cases stay.
On any plan, add lookups when the season picks up. A bundle is used only after the month's allowance runs out, and lasts 12 months. Or turn on auto-refill: when lookups run out, the bundle you choose is added on your card automatically, up to a monthly limit you set.
The trial is 14 days of the plan you pick with everything open, including the widget and the sales report, and 100 lookups. No card needed to start. Start your subscription any time during the trial, monthly or yearly: the first period counts from the day the trial began. If you don't, the trial simply ends. One trial per firm.
A lookup is a property opened in the workspace, the lookup tool or a comp search for the first time in a month. Opening it again that month is free. Your own cases and prospects are always free to open, and homeowner checks on your website never count.
Seats are the people who can sign in to your firm's account. Moving to a smaller plan keeps everyone you already have.
