Apptiflo Saves Time

Apptiflo is a business-to-business integration platform that simplifies Purchasing and saves time. Apptiflo Products are used directly in Purchase Orders to make ordering easy. We have Supplier and Bundle Product types. A Supplier Product consists of Supplier Listings linked to Connected Suppliers. Your Product components will sync as Supplier Listings update, keeping your Product up to date. A Bundle Product consists of Supplier Listings and Supplier Products. You can leverage Bundles to make your Products scalable. The end goal is to use the Order Builder to generate POs for all component Suppliers in one step.

Product Document Limits

As your Product catalog grows, keeping track of Product ordering specs gets harder. Your products evolve just as their underlying suppliers change. Product knowledge-based solutions are available, but they're only effective if it's up to date. It takes time to keep track of everything, and it's understandably easy to forget when there are more urgent tasks. 

Eventually, placing a PO becomes stressful and requires more time to double-check for mistakes. If a key team member is out of the office, everything stops until that team member returns. It's also simple to replicate an older order and rely on the Supplier to correct it. Basing new orders on old orders may come at an expense because you're trusting the Supplier to set your order.
