Each Account has storage limits on its content, but there are no restrictions on leveraging external published assets. With Apptiflo, you can streamline your asset management and enhance collaboration with your Team, Customers, and Suppliers.
Create
Upload private images or spec files to your Product. Only your Team can view and edit these internal assets.
Publish
Publish private assets to your Catalogs. Customers can view, download, and use these published assets for their Products and Catalogs. Updates to the published asset will be propagated to all related Catalogs to ensure proper versioning. You also have access to the published assets of your Supplier listings.
Assign
Assign assets to your Product's Listing Components. Each Supplier can view, download, and assign these assets to their respective Product Listing Components. Updates to the asset also automatically propagate to maintain proper versioning. Your Customers may also assign assets to your Product.
Images
Tell your Product story with a gallery of product images. Use your content or leverage your Product component's published images.
Specs
Define your Product with Specifications and optional file attachments. To maintain the accuracy of your listing, you may also publish your Supplier's specs.
